Our Watch Service Process

Upon arrival at our service center, each watch is tested on a timegrapher to verify that it operates within the correct parameters
The watchmaker fully disassembles the movement, meticulously cleaning and lubricating all components.
Upon receiving a watch for polishing, we completely disassemble it to guarantee that every part—case, bracelet, and clasp—is meticulously polished, ensuring a flawless finish throughout.
After disassembling the movement, the watchmaker places the parts in a specialised cleaning machine, where they are cleaned with various solutions and then thoroughly dried.
For major dents and deep impact marks on cases and bracelets, we use precision laser welding to fill and restore the damaged areas before refinishing.
Before applying the satin finish, the bracelet undergoes careful preparation to ensure a uniform and professional result.
After completing the polishing process, all parts are thoroughly cleaned using an ultrasonic machine to remove any remaining residues.
After servicing, the watchmaker carefully inspects each jewel under a microscope to verify that the precise amount of oil has been applied.
Following servicing, the watch is placed on a cyclotest for 4 days, simulating wrist movement to ensure consistent accuracy and reliable performance
In the final step, the watch is carefully inspected by our senior watchmaker to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
